Do you have experience as a quality assurance analyst in the BPO industry looking to change gears and start home-based work?

I am looking for a QA Analyst with perfect written English to monitor the calls and email correspondence of our client’s sales team.

This is an on-demand job or a part-time job, yet it can become a full-time job depending on the season. Right now we are on the high season which is a great opportunity for you.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Cherry-picking calls weekly.
Providing video feedback using LOOM Video App.
Providing QA Scorecards for monitored ---------- ll monitoring and providing actionable insight.
Regulate and suggest strategic change in the operations of the sales team to harness better productivity and provide better service.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for the first week, then on a weekly basis after the first week
We pay bonuses for great work (if your lead generation efforts generate sales for us, we will reward you accordingly) - We reward results. This job is about providing value.

We pay 13 month Bonus (for the candidate that qualifies for a full-time position job which includes lead generation and customer support tasks)
