I am personally looking for someone who can help us with sending daily email campaigns to our spiritual community. You will not be on your own. You will be working with an amazing Copywriter and Graphic ---------- is important that you are reliable and organized. Let me explain ---------- this role, you don’t only organize yourself but you bring the Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and sales director weekly together. You present them WHAT you would like to achieve in the next few weeks, and allocate the tasks ---------- is important to follow up with them daily to ensure that emails are sent out on time. Hence, our spiritual community can read emails on time.

Ideally, someone who:

- is Curious and Fascinated by changing trends
- is creative, innovative, and organized at the same time so you can manage a group of talented people.
- is able to read data analytics and your understanding of the target audiences in order to provide great feedback to copywriters and graphic designers.
- adapt to the right audiences ensuring hitting the right tone of voice for our various brands and concepts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.

- Strategic planning and execution
- Content Creation
- Great customer service
- Funnel Marketing
- Optimizing technology
- Can drive and facilitate social media engagement and clicks
- Designing and creating visual content
- Understands business metrics especially traffic, leads, conversion and - revenue
- Measure performance across various social media channels
