Nano Hearing Aids is hiring 10 CS phone reps!

• Work Remotely? [Yes/No]: YES, 100% Work from Home

• Job Role: Customer Service Phone Representative

• Work Hours and Schedule: 9am to 6pm EST (w/ 1 hour break)

• Work Duration: Full time, 6 days a week, 8 hours a day

• Rate or Salary range: 500 USD base pay + 300 USD bonus if KPIs are met at month-end (via Payoneer)

• Commission Based only? [Yes/No]: No

Requirements

• Excellent American English

• Good working laptop/desktop

• Fast wired internet

• Quiet environment (no rooster, dogs barking, baby crying)

• Noise-canceling headset

Responsibilities

• Fielding and returning phone calls from customers, answering questions about products and orders; must have great sales skills

• Recommending customers new models

• Following up with customers via email

• Communicating with the operations team to fulfill special orders, replacements, etc.

• Upselling, saving the sale
