SEO Specialist

We are a start-up company and we are looking for an SEO expert to manage all search engine optimization, marketing activities and maximize the traffic of our site by improving page rank within search engines. This job will run until the goal has been met.

Responsibilities:
• Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
• Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
• You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
• Responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for the company.

Qualifications:
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Has the ability to prioritize and develop relevant and engaging content
• Passion for SEO and internet marketing
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
