Mobile Application, Logo & Website Designer Needed

Hello,

I have many projects that need to be completed so I am looking for a fulltime (40 hours/week) designer to work on these projects.

You need to be able to
- design & draw logos in SVG format
- design & draw mobile application widgets (eg: on/off sliding buttons, lists, etc)
- design and create images, CSS & HTML for website for the mobile application
- design animated emoticons

This means that your skills must include
- drawing artwork
- creation of animations
- creation of SVG images
- creation of HTML pages (with CSS and images)

Design does not just mean creating images, I need you to think about usability and how the user will use the mobile app and the website.

IF you have all these skills, please contact me and tell me in detail how you fit these requirements mentioned above. Also it would really help if you can provide a url to examples of your work.

I need you 40 hours/week with max salary 20,000PHP/Month.
