Do you love analyzing Facebook ad performance and making decisions on how to scale ads?

Hi there, I run an ---------- company that uses Facebook ads for marketing. We have a lot of ad sets that must be analyzed and scaled throughout the week. If you are analytical and absolutely love all things FB ads, this is the position for ---------- sentially, you will be in charge of scaling existing ad sets within a Facebook ad manager account. This is a stable long-term position.

Twice a week you will be going through every active ad set in the account and decide if the ad set needs to be scaling. Scaling is determined based on a set of rules we provide you. Make sure to write “banana” as your favorite color in the interview form (link found at the end of this description) so that I know you read this.

This position will start at 15 hours per week and transition into 40 hours a week in the future if you display excellence and mastery in your position.

Pay is negotiable.

Required Skills
• Previous Facebook ads experience
• Good with analyzing numbers and making decisions based off of data
• Detail-oriented since you will be verifying ad set settings are correct
