VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/MANAGER AMAZON STORE--FBA

We are looking for an eager and excited Amazon expert to join our growing team! This is a VA position with the chance of becoming a manager eventually.
Job Description:
1. Creating amazon listing for new products
2. Cross-listing to other platforms
3. Editing Photos
4. Sharing closets
5. Sourcing—finding products and listing (everyday products)
6. Manage account—customer service, returns, reimbursements
7. Reconcile shipments—e.g. you sent in 5 pieces of product to a Fulfillment Center when you actually sent 10 pieces of the product.
8. Frontline customer representative—good skills in written and spoken English needed
9. Develop and execute Amazon ad campaigns
10. Product research on Amazon competitors, target keyword
11. Supplier research on Alibaba and other websites
12. Find wholesalers distributors for FBA
13. Process products purchases
14. Provide daily reports of progress
Skills Required:
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal communication)
• Great computer and admin skills
• Great attention to detail
• Time consciousness needed
• Ability to comprehend training videos that are spoken in English
• Office & Admin Assistant (data entry, email management, Excel, online research)
• Typing 60+ WPM
• Customer Service
• Well-organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Experience working with US/UK/Australian companies will be highly considered
