Digital Marketing Agency Project Manager

I am a digital marketing agency owner in the United States looking for a hard-working person to help me run my business. I need a project manager with excellent writing skills and knowledge in graphic designing as well. I am currently performing all of the following requirements myself, and based on performance there will be room for raises and bonuses in the future.

Requirements:
- Need to be able to write social media copy, web copy, blog and satisfy any other copywriting needs.
- Follow a pre-determined Social Media Plan on a monthly basis.
- Be able to search through a database of imagery to put together content.
- Be able to write in a way which appeals to a Southern American audience.
- Need to be able to thoroughly research the subject matter and relay the information accurately.
- Be able to source an image if there is not one available. Relatable memes, holiday posts, create an effective graphic for a post, etc.
- Need to know how to use emojis and hashtags effectively.
- Need to be able to research shareable content for this particular business.
- Create graphics for the customer's website and other platforms.
- Be able to manage and hire other contractors.
- Be able to learn new applications, platforms, or technologies as needed.
- Need to have basic knowledge of how SEO works and what it's used for.
- General knowledge of social media and google advertisements as well.
- Need to be able to meet deadlines set in advance by myself and clients.
- Need to be able to work swiftly, communicate effectively via Email, and
