California based real estate team looking to hire a virtual assistant to the listing manager.
Approximately 4 hours per day (20 hours per week total). There is potential for an increase in hours after the working relationship has been established and it is a good fit.
VA would assist with various administrative tasks, such as:
- Data entry
- Collecting information from various sources and consolidating into one system
- Sending and responding to
- Calendar/deadline management
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments with current clients
- Inputting listings into the MLS, including data entry, uploading photos and uploading documents
- Document management
- Creating marketing materials from templates
- Documenting SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) in writing, based on video instructions
- This position is administrative in nature - there is no cold calling or sales work in this role.
- Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant is strongly preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills are required
- Company is based in the Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST) - candidate must be available to work and communicate during the work day (9am-5pm PST)
- Familiar or able to learn the following systems: Google Apps for Business (Gmail, Google Drive),
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to follow specific directions
