Rockstar Appointment Setter Needed (NON-VOICE)

We are currently looking for someone to cover the USA time zone - the role will require you to be on the Manychat / Messenger Platform and talk to prospects to convert them to 15-minute calendar appointments.

OUTLINE:
•Leverage pre-existing pipeline for follow-ups.
•Convert inbound leads to 15-minute calendar appointments.
•Nurture leads.
•Reschedule calls when needed.
•EST time zone from 3pm to 8pm (some flexibility based on good fits).
•Availability on weekends ideal.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Must be able to dedicate time and energy to this, and be emotionally invested in performing well.
•MUST be organized and be able to talk to people.
•If you have a full-time job or are just looking for a ‘side gig’ to make a bit more money, this won’t be for you.

THE IDEAL FIT:
•The ideal person/personality type is someone who is extremely hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and driven. Motivated to not just hit, but exceed KPIs. We are a business that believe in the ‘work hard play hard’ philosophy and has high standards for all our team players.
•Is motivated by money AND serving others.
•Articulate when it comes to written communication. Uses proper grammar, knows the difference between your and you’re.
•Super emotionally intelligent/empathic, can ‘read’ people well and can adapt based on responses.
•Is extremely organized, reliable, and can follow instructions well. If you’re someone who has their ‘head in the clouds’ or is more absent-minded/nonchalant, this won’t be for you.
•Ideally has experience in sales and marketing and knows the fitness coaching market.
•Will take OWNERSHIP of their success and mistakes and is willing to learn.

You will NOT qualify if..
•You are just looking for a short-term gig, or to have another job on the side while you build your business.
•You are looking for an easy job that requires minimal work.
•This is going to be a commission-based role. If you have an attitude of “if I do well and make money, great. If not, no big deal” then this isn’t going to be a fit. We are looking for people who will go above and beyond.

Looking to hire someone who is going to be a long-term fit. This is going to remain in a work-from-anywhere position with flexible working hours.
