Experienced Network Administrator/Network Technician for a VOIP/Software Company

We are a startup VoIP + Software company in need of a Network Administrator/Network Technician.

The candidate in this position should have:
1. Proven experience in a network administrator role
2. Hands on experience in TCP/IP networking, routing and switching,
3. Experience in installing and troubleshooting network equipment: DSL modems, SOHO routers, switches
4. Experience with firewalls, VPN’s, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
5. Experience with consulting clients to specify system requirements and design solutions

Non-Technical Requirements include:
1. Near perfect English with a neutral accent
2. Very knowledgeable on voip networking requirements and the environments of small businesses (as they are unique in their resource constraints)
3. Able to work from 9:00am-4:00pom EST (New York Time)
4. This will be your exclusive work and focus

This is a chaotic startup environment, so you must be comfortable being a self starting and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal oversight (although there is a supportive team here to help!).

This is an exciting long term, full time position in a fast growing team.
