JOB OVERVIEW

We are a startup VoIP + Software company in need of an additional IT savvy customer service team member.

The candidate in this position will:
- Answer customers' inquiries
- Work with our customers to setup and install remotely their voip system
- Troubleshoot over the phone and via email tickets
- Complete all the technical elements of voip setup (provisioning, porting, call routing etc.)
- Participate in video team meetings
- Be a positive energy with both the team and our customers!

This is an exciting long term position in a fast growing team.

Requirements include:
1. Near perfect English with a neutral accent
2. Knowledgeable on voip networking requirements and the environments of small businesses (as they are unique in their resource constraints)
3. Able to work from at least 9:30am-10:30am & 3pm-9pm EST, M-F (New York Time)
4. This will be your exclusive work and focus

This is a chaotic startup environment, so you must be comfortable being a self starting and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal oversight (although there is a supportive team here to help!).
