Lead Generation/Cold Calling VA for Translation Business

Our firm is a certified translation services agency for individuals, government agencies and businesses with clients all over the U.S. The company also has its own web platform to order translation services through a simple upload process online with secured payment of the services.

We are looking for a lead generation specialist who will generate leads and make cold calls to potential leads, send emails and leave voicemails to advertise our services and bring new businesses.
The successful candidate should have excellent oral and written English with an American accent while speaking, including perfect English grammar when writing emails. He or she should have previous telemarketing and Email marketing experience. Experience in a translation industry will be a ---------- PENSATION:
- $3 dollars USD per hour. The role will require 40 hours per week
- $2 for every quote request received for large documents
- Additional bonus based on leads generating sales

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work from the comfort of your home.
• Tele-market, cold-call, and generate leads by calling target customers like law firms, universities, credential evaluation companies, U.S Government Agencies
• Cold calling will require a minimum of 200 calls per week. The cold caller will have access to ring central, our cloud based calling system
• Qualify the leads and enter data into the CRM system
• Run an email marketing campaign for qualified leads
• Review and assist with requests-for-quotes, proposals for translation services

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Hours will be 6:00 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST – Monday through Friday
• The applicant must have his/her own computer, headset, high speed internet access and the basic programs like Windows and the office suite (Word,Excel, etc..)
• Experience in outbound direct sales preferably in Translation services
• Must possess a growth mindset and the desire to succeed
• Computer proficient, including knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Acrobat, & Outlook.
• Must possess leadership qualities and work well in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workload.
• Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
