START RIGHT AWAY / TODAY: Web Dev / Landing Page Builder with Coding Skills

Hi! This post is very detailed so please read it all.

Please note that I am ready to hire right away, TODAY, all I need is to find the right person for the job.

For this first week, I can use someone full time or part time, either way.

I am not yet ready to commit to long-term full-time employment, however that is possible. We will know better in a couple weeks.

I do like to build long-term relationships so that even if its only Part-Time or Occasional I want to be able to work together as needed in the future.

INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT:

In short, I need someone who can help me build web pages, landing pages and funnels using some particular software that I use... a sort of "form builder" and "page builder". We will be building "forms" that create a quiz, assessment, calculator or score based on questions and answers.

Some of the forms/quizzes are very simple. Some of them are very long and have a LOT of questions and some logic (pathways) to the order of the questions.

A lot of the work will just be learning how to use the software to build the forms pages or parts of pages, and some HTML/CSS will be needed to make them look good.

What you build in the software will need to be embedded into a website, usually WordPress pages that use another Page Builder. Some HTML/CSS abilities will be needed to make the forms fit right on the page.

To help you understand the level of skill required please read the following:

Technical ability is required!

The software itself is a drag-n-drop form builder however there is a lot of options and configuration ---------- is very powerful software and a little bit complex, not everything about it is Drag-n-Drop. You will need to understand some basics of how web pages and websites operate otherwise the task will be too confusing.

There will be some logic handling required because the "forms" also create scores or calculations and have paths i.e. there is some logic to the questions and answers in the form fields and the results that we get from the questions & answers.

You will also be configuring some technical aspects like hidden fields, custom fields and UTMs (URL parameters) using the software and possibly some plugins.

There is no actual programming required in the form building, that is handled by the software (the form builder) you just need to be able to understand, use and operate the form builder to create the complex forms. What I mean is you will not actually be programming in a big programming language like PHP or ASP.

However if you are a programmer or have coding skills and understand how programming works that will be a big benefit because you will be able to understand the work very easily.

Familiarity with JavaScript or tracking & analytics and WordPress will be a big benefit.

If you have ever configured integrations between software, or software automation, or used something like Zapier or IFTT, that will be a big benefit.

If you have any marketing skills or have ever built a "sales funnel" that will be a big benefit.

If you have built forms in HTML/CSS/PHP before or used JavaScript or AJAX you should find this very very easy.

Anyone who has programming / development skills should find this super easy work.

If you have never programmed with PHP or JS but have used web page builders, landing page builders, quiz builders or form builders you should find this moderately easy.

If you have never written code with HTML or CSS you will find this too hard.

If you have never built a website or web page this will be too hard.

If you are have a little bit of design skills (web page design, styling, CSS, ability to find and edit and upload graphics) that will be a big benefit.

I need someone who is good at speaking and writing English because we need to be able to talk about the details of the quiz forms we're building. (Does not have to be perfect, just good at least.)

P.S. I am ready to hire the right person right away. I have enough work for full time this week, maybe two weeks. I am also able to hire someone part-time, it does not have to be full time. I am not yet ready to commit to long-term full time hiring but we could talk about it in the coming weeks. I hope to build a long term relationship with the right person even if its only Part-time or Occasional projects.
