Looking for a driven and skilled individual with a background in social media marketing, managing others and excellent written English to join our growing eCommerce team.
We need you to help manage one to two employees at the start and eventually more as we grow our customer support team. You will be provided with training and weekly check-ins with owners of the company to make sure you have everything you need to grow.
In the beginning, we need your help tackling our customer response pipeline and working with our team to design a better responding process. After you help us get a handle on that, we have lots of potential projects growing our Instagram and social media outreach and using your talents to help expand the business. You will be a key part of the US team and we want someone with ideas, creative thinking, and ambition to help us expand our company and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Honesty, Integrity and strong attention to detail
At least 2 years of Social Media Marketing Experience
At least one year of managing other customer service or marketing professionals
Excellent Written English
Excellent Verbal English
Reliable Internet and Home Office setup
Experience formulating social media marketing strategy a plus
