FCPX or Premiere Pro Video Editor

I need a video editor that can edit my clients Youtube videos. You should have an understanding of XML files, color grading, jumpcutting, and ways to improve and sync audio.

I am looking for someone that can work a set schedule or at least meet at the same time each day to checkin to see if I have any work for them.
