My name Sydney and I run an international drop shipping company that sells product around the world.

Your role will include:
customer support emails via zendesk
comment moderation and replying to comments via facebook
messaging customers on facebook messenger

For your skills and qualifications you must:

able to work without much management
strong problem solving skills
have customer service experience via email
provide daily summaries
understand how shopify works
experience with Facebook Messenger
experience with Zendesk

This will be a part time commitment to start and eventually transition into a full time position. We are ready for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
