Entry level video creator

I have proprietary video creation software that I want an entry level video creator to join our team. The job is for 30 to 40 hours per week with the first week or so in learning and experimenting with the software. The pay will be on the lower scale but can be rapidly increased as the skill level increases.

The software can be learned but the particular skill set I am looking for is someone who has a "good eye" for design principles aimed primarily at creating marketing videos. Creativity and the ability to follow directions are important.

Below are some of the things I am looking for:
1-Good communication skills in spoken and written American English
2-Dependability
3-Don't really care what hours are worked, but we will need to agree on a set schedule (some flexibility)
4- Fast reliable computer connections
5-Willingness to learn
