JOB OVERVIEW

In need of an experienced freelance VA & customer support representative. We're a newly founded eCommerce store that sells fitness-related products so experience with this type of business would be preferred but isn't required.

You must have a very good standard of written English, with attention to detail regarding grammar, punctuation and spelling.

We require a professional, friendly and warm approach to customer service, but also the ability to defend and represent our brand. Experience in representing a brand would be preferred but isn't required, as long as you can adapt to this. We also require you to respond to less-friendly / angry emails in a calm and professional manner.

We have two main methods of communication that you will need to cover: email support and Facebook.

We use Zoho for email, so we will provide you with your own email account for our website. Emails will be forwarded from our support@ and info@ email addresses to your new customised email address so you can reply to them from there.

We will also give you access to reply to messages (via Messenger) and comments through our Facebook page.

Currently, as with all businesses, we are getting a lot of emails regarding shipping times, so for the time being, this will likely be the most common request you'll have to respond to.

If successful, we'll provide you with information about our shipping policy, guarantee, and returns/refunds policy so you're prepared for all enquiries.

We also require you to perform some Virtual Assistant tasks such as Shopify Order Fulfilment, Social Media Management, and on occasion some Graphic Design work.
