In need of an experienced freelance VA & customer support representative. We're a newly founded eCommerce store that sells fitness-related products so experience with this type of business would be preferred but isn't required.
You must have a very good standard of written English, with attention to detail regarding grammar, punctuation and spelling.
We require a professional, friendly and warm approach to customer service, but also the ability to defend and represent our brand. Experience in representing a brand would be preferred but isn't required, as long as you can adapt to this. We also require you to respond to less-friendly / angry
