As a busy business owner, time is incredibly valuable. The number one goal is to take things off our plate so we can focus our time and energy on what we are good at in business and in life. We need someone to take over and help manage business administration, who can quickly learn new systems, who possess strong common sense and is flexible, adapting quickly to different tasks.

Looking for multiple years of professional administrative assistant experience. Must have strong verbal, reading, writing, and grammar skills which is useful in proofreading projects. Typing over 90 words per minute with a very low error rate. I am excellent with customer support and communication via both phone, email, chat boxes, social media messengers, and anywhere your clients and customers contact you.

Corresponding to emails and answering phone calls from customers will be an essential part of the duties. Must be proficient in English as we are a US based company. There is a time difference in the US so will this be a conflict?
