I am starting up an agency that will including marketing for e-commerce brands on TikTok. In many ways, my work will be similar to IG & FB marketers, but on a newer platform.
MUST-HAVE skills:
Managing paid ads on the TikTok platform
(To be clear, not just creating content - managing paid ads for clients)
Ability to manage ad campaigns on TikTok, ad sets, and the individual ads
Measure and report Reach, Impressions, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.
Understand and adjust to different styles of campaigns (increase awareness, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, etc.)
Testing, measuring, and accordingly readjusting advertisements on the platform
Basic understanding of audience targeting and budget optimization for ads within an ad set
Would also be nice to have these skills:
Ability to create content and advertisements for e-commerce brands and their products
Basic understanding of TikTok Pixel & ability to learn more about that if needed
Experience:
Must have launched at least one successful ad campaign in the past for an e-commerce brand
By successful, I mean a solid ROAS
Bonus points if you've run profitable campaigns for fashion brands
Make sure to include ANY work you've done with fashion brands on TikTok in your application
