Digital Communications Officer

Job Description:
Coordinate with project team to determine system functionality and learning objectives
Design learning materials for e-learning platform
Design and develop website to house e-learning materials and online assessments
Design system functionality of all digital platforms
Organize, update and maintain learning material databases
Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies

Job Requirements:
Effective communicator, both orally and written
1 year experience with managing digital projects
Proficiency with graphic design and layout using Photoshop and/or Illustrator, as well as Wireframes and Mock-ups
Proficiency with custom front and back-end web development using WordPress with strong HTML and CSS skills
Good understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, grid systems, layout and color, asset production, web forms, typography
Strong analytical ---------- erested in best practices and strategy for digital platforms and has an understanding of training methodologies
Solid organizational/project management skills and can roll with changing priorities and tight deadlines
Self-motivated and creative problem-solver
