Designs for shirts needed

I am looking for a Designer who works with Vexels and/or Freepik. The designs have to be changed significantly so that they can be used on all common platforms without rejections. Please send your portfolio or a test Design according to own ideas of a niche you want. It would be desirable that you know and understand the print on demand business. It can be just text, text and design or just design. You don't have to draw yourself but you have to be able to change well. I would like a quota of 20 designs per week for 120 Dollars per month. This is negotiable. All designs should be in 4500x5400 pixel format. If you have read and understood up to this point, please answer with the reference kittycat.
