Relationship Coach is looking for a creative Admin Assistant & Social Media Expert to work for our team.
Social Media Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Creates Content: dynamic written, graphic, and video content posts
- Must Edit videos (they range from 30 seconds to 7 minutes long)
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and other ad hoc tasks
Virtual Assistant/Admin Responsibilities:
As a virtual assistant you will be involved in the following daily tasks:
- Managing new client onboarding process
- Managing client experience & follow up
- Routine tasks for YouTube show management
- Routine blog and program updates
- Helping with the setup of monthly live webinars
- Extracting and publishing relevant content online
- Writing Blog posts / Web Content
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or relevant role
- Prior experience in marketing or social media
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as
- Graphic design and video editing skills
- Excellent
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Detail-Oriented

- Video editing for both YouTube and Instagram
- Blogger
- Web content
- Graphic design experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Google services like Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs, etc.
