Facebook Campaign Manager

We need an experienced Facebook Campaign manager that is able to take control over current and future ads.
-Run Facebook and Instagram ads
-Setup retargeting ads
-Define new target audiences
-Lower Cost per Acquisition and other KPI's provided
-Test multiple creatives provided
-Weekly reporting and daily monitoring of all ads
