We are hiring a personal assistant to help handle the day to day operation in our Shopify business.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving customer service and order fulfillment. When you are not fulfilling orders and handling customer service, you will be finding and listing new products. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
- Managing refunds and disputes
- Fulfilling orders (buying product from a supplier, entering in tracking into Shopify etc)
- Product Research
- Product Description Listing
- Basic Graphic Editing and photo creation (Example Canva)

All training will be provided.

We are looking to staff on a full time basis but may start you out as part time for this ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to work my daytime hours here in the United States which will be overnight in your country.
4. Fluent English - written and spoken
5. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a skype account.
