Are you the type of person who loves to communicate with clients and have a strong desire to help others? Do you have skills in communication, ? We are seeking a new member of our team who will be working closely with our US-based team. Roles & Responsibilities: • Will have the opportunity to scale up to be run and lead this department • Coordination with Title Companies, Investors, and Property Sellers • Evaluating and Underwriting Real Estate • Screen phone calls to identify the motivation of the potential home sellers. • Make calls using our Outbound Calling system • Lead Generation Management • Communicate directly with people via all methods, phone, sms, social media • Update CRM System notes for every lead • Build Rapport with homeowners and Investors by genuinely being interested in their situation. • Build, Maintain, and update Social Media Pages, Facebook, website, etc • Other Administrative General Office duties, email correspondences, with buyers and sellers and Title Companies • Help Create and Maintain Weekly Marketing Campaigns. • Built, Create and help maintain and Manage Online Marketing and Advertising Systems
