First off, company goals. To create lead generation websites that will drive phone calls and
Top priority what I'm looking for is top notch SEO skills. Both on page and off page, but mainly off page. Building backlinks and citations for many local businesses (up to ~80km radius in the US). There will be many web pages built, so 1st interview will be to understand capacity of work per week/month on what can be expected for back linking and citations gained for a multitude of websites. I plan on creating several per month, each hopefully created that'd lend to easy SEO wins, however an accurate knowledge of time per site would be helpful (research, linking, blogs, etc) White hat preferred, gray hat understood, black hat, no
Third priority is around creating the content for these websites. Again, we're talking quantity for local business websites not nationally ranked. If copywriting is not your strong suit, NO BIG DEAL. I just want to know if I need to look for 1, 1.5, or 2.0 people to bring on initially to get things kicked off. If you don't want to write, just optimize someone else's writing, I'm perfectly okay with that. Just let me know.
Lastly (but not the least important!), Project Management. Do you want to assist with the process of getting sites created and ranked and all the little things that go into it? (Competition Research, Keyword Research, Potential Customer Research, GMB creation, social media profiles) Things that help make a website successful. If you're good at that, fantastic! But if there are 30 sites that need to be built and ranked organically that will take up all your time during the week, let me know.
Again, looking to make best use of people's time and talents. So let me know what you're really, really good at and let's stick with identifying needed hours for those items.
