Position Profile: We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our prospective and current clients.
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new businesses from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities
If you have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you.
Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
Position Duties:
Develop and strengthen customer retention strategies
Educating customers about our business solutions.
Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams
Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts
Closing customer contracts and generating new sales
Using CRM automation tools to track progress and report goals
Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions
Managing team members and facilitating collaboration in the workplace
Requirements:
Has a minimum of 6 years Managerial experience with sales background
With BPO experience 4 yrs on a Team Lead position
Comfortable talking to clients
Knows how to conduct business meetings.
Excellent in communication and writing skills
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Can work full-time
Have a noise cancellation headset and a quiet working station
Familiarity with FileMaker is an advantage
