Virtual Marketing Assistant | Fashion Brand

Our company Topfoxx, sells high-end women’s eyewear and located in New York! We are looking for a long-term employee to join our Topfoxx family (an all women team but can hire males too!) and get a real career as a Marketing Assistant. You must be professional, organized & have good time management to apply.

We care about your attitude, work ethic, intelligence and going above & beyond to be in this competitive field. Everything can be learned, read and tested (as learning is not the same thing as actually trying it out, seeing what you think can work). We need someone who will research, learn & grow, bring innovative ideas & take risks trying new things. The internet moves fast and you will need to move with it’s everchanging environment. Mostly you will be on instagram.

This is a Long term & Full time 30-40 hour per week job, M-F 9am-6pm EST Rate (negotiable), depending on experience and talent.

The role covers a wide variety of marketing/administrative tasks. Specifically around social media, marketing research, some customer service, data entry, etc.

Everyone is supportive in our team & will try to make you feel comfortable. We use Slack to communicate daily and Asana to manage our projects, so if you are familiar with these programs that's a plus!

For this role you must have:
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent organization skills
- Customer Service experience
- You are a creative thinker
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram & Facebook

A plus if you also have:
- Digital or Social Media Marketing experience
- Basic design skills & knowledge of photoshop and canva
- Familiarity with other social platforms like Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
