Amazon Virtual Assistant

Our company is looking to hire a part-time virtual assistant to aide with finding products, finding wholesalers, and ultimately assisting with growing our business. This role will start as a part-time position but as the business grows, the expectation is that it will grow into a full-time role. The right candidate will play a key role in helping the business grow, and ultimately helping the position transition from part-time to full-time. While experience is valued, the right candidate is one that is willing to learn how to get the job done and execute it properly. We will ensure you have all the resources you need to learn this position and excel but you will need to implement it!

Responsibilities include:
• 10-25 hours weekly to start
• Searching for relevant wholesalers
• Searching for products to be sold
• Analyzing potential purchases
• Providing these lists to employer in a well-organized manner
• Updating your Schedule daily and planning your lead generating activities in advance
• Generating sales leads by researching online US stores (lists provided)
• Engaging in a virtual weekly team meeting
• Finding new sites to source from
• Presenting your findings daily via online documents/spreadsheets

• Fast, stable internet connection
• Familiar with Amazon or willingness to learn
• Optimization tools experience, Keepa experience preferred or willingness to learn
• Can start immediately
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Must be proficient with spreadsheets
• Must be willing to learn and grown as the role and needs of the business grows
• TA experience is a plus but not required (as we will ensure you are trained on it)
• Drive and passion to get the job done with the right team
