Dropship E-Commerce Assistant

Chimera Capital Ventures is seeking an experienced e-commerce assistant to work full time on customer service and order fulfillment tasks, along with occasional related tasks that may arise.

Experience/Qualifications
The best candidates will have more than 1 year of experience with the following:
• Handling customer comments and messages in a respectful and professional manner on social media ad accounts (preference will be given for Facebook Ad customer service experience)
• Fulfilling orders for a Shopify e-commerce business through communication with product suppliers

Our preferred candidate has a demonstrated interest in e-commerce, is highly motivated, a clear communicator, responsive to feedback, and willing to ask questions. The ideal candidate is also excited to embrace challenges, learn new skills, and take on greater responsibility.
