Junior Acquisitions Specialist (Sales Support - Work from Home!)

The Junior Acquisition Specialist is an essential role in the company as you will maintain rigorous prospecting for opportunities. You will work hand in hand with our acquisitions manager booking appointments and escalating it for further negotiation and contracting.

The following experience is relevant to us:

1-2 years Phone Sales Experience OR real estate experience. Prior experience with an investment company or real estate brokerage or leasing agency is ideal.
Database Management/CRM Management Experience
Friendly, Outgoing, Problem Solving Personality
Organized in Communication with Team Members and Scheduling Future Actions and Appointments
A quiet and comfortable environment to work from home with a laptop or computer and high speed internet.

Daily Responsibilities:

Communication with leads on behalf of the acquisitions manager
Seller lead data entry into our company database
Seller lead data maintenance and organization inside
Working with Acquisitions team to schedule appointments and sending offers
Basic Property Valuation Analysis
Outbound Follow Up Touches to Seller Leads (Calls, Texts, Emails,)
Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
