Customer Service Representative

Hello,
We're looking for a few AMAZING customer service reps to help with our website development firm servicing the Cheerleading industry in the USA and Canada.

You MUST:

1.) Have spectacular written / spoken English
2.) Be reliable - show up on time, every day that you are supposed to be working.
3.) Must understand Wordpress and be able to make edits
4.) We use "FreshDesk" for our customer service ticketing system - must be able to easily navigate that.
5.) Must be able to help on our Live Chat Window
6.) Must be patient and kind with clients
7.) ** MUST BE A Fast Learner
8.) ** Must BE able to think for YOURSELF
