JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Lead Generation / Appointment setting (No Sales Required)

- Handle outbound calls.

- Outbound calling prospective new customers who are interested in receiving free auto insurance quotations.

- Resolve customer's questions regarding services.


REQUIREMENTS from Agents/Reps in the team:

- Strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position.

- Knowledge of the general concept of our company's FREE offering.

- Ability to cold call on prospective customers.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Effectively communicate the services offered.

- Outbound experience preferred.
