Job Title: Healthcare Relationship Advocate
• Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
• Proficient and fluent in English as a primary position language (oral & written)
• Preferably with 1 year Call Center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met
• Adaptable to a Metric driven performance / environment
• Night shift / to match US Central Time Zone
Compensation Range:
• Basic Pay: Php 12,500 - Php 17,500 / month (commensurate with exp)
• Monthly Commission based on profit / revenue

• Inside Sales function focused on communication, relationship building, and moving healthcare applicants to contracts/hire placements with hospitals/medical facilities
• Engage and contact sign ups from marketplace to move from sign up to placement
• Match Applicants to Jobs in Skillgigs marketplace
• Convert applicants to Placeable candidates (MPC)
• Develop relationship and create excellent Skillgigs marketplace candidate experience
• Process Skillgigs Healthcare Marketplace Sign Ups or Nurses, Allied Techs, etc
• Process Skill Listing in marketplace
