Gaia Entertainment LLC ("Gaia Entertainment") which is a subsidiary company of Gaia Investment Group, is an online Gaming company which provides online gaming services with secure platform to the Asia Market including Japan, China, Thai and Vietnam. In addition, Gaia entertainment intends to offer users from the countries above the ability to participate in multi-player mobile and PC video game tournaments for cash prizes. We led by a team of industry professionals and technical experts from the online gaming and the video game industries, and esports.

Gaia Entertainment’s vision is to deliver the best customer experience in the industry and offer Comprehensive online gaming. The business model is to offer gaming under multiple brands through Competitive Marketing Strategy. The brands are operated on a proprietary platform, which is the core of the offer and the customer experience.

We are now seeking for Customer account managers to base in Manila with Attractive Salary Package.

Customer Service Manager ("Japanese" or "Chinese" Speaker)

Responsibilities:
• Handle service inquiries raised by clients
• Making outbound calls regarding our services
• Answer inbound calls from client's questions and interest in our services
• Maintain and develop our customer base
• Liaison to our current and future prospect clients in addition to providing high quality of customer service
• Attentive to our individual client's needs
• Follow up client feedback for service improvement
• Engaging in answering all work Online Chat, Message App (LINE, Messanger and QQ) and Emails
• Capable to analyze, assessed, and complete task assigned

Requirements:
• Initiative, independent and good interpersonal skills
• Fair command of spoken and written "Chinese" or "Japanese"
• Basic knowledge of computer (Outlook, PDF, Microsoft word, etc)
• More than 1 year working experience is perfect
