Awesome Online Writer Wanted for a Cell Phone Recycling and Healthy Eating Company

About Me:

I run a company that focuses on recycling used cell phones, mp3 players, and tablets. I am also part owner in a restaurant dedicated to healthy eating.

I am looking for two awesome content writers that are able to work at least 20 hours a week, but preferably full-time. The individual must have full grasp of the English language in its written form and be able to speak it well enough to communicate with me via voice conversations.

You will be asked to perform the following tasks:
- Write at least one informative article of at least 800 words for each site every day (Tech, Recycling, and Healthy eating related).
- Research.
- Upload written articles to a WordPress blog.
- Find and contact related websites for guest post opportunities.

At first, I will only require you to write the articles and post them on the sites, however I will train the right individual so that he/she is able to handle other marketing aspects such as link building, social media promotions, and so on.

Being familiar with the above mentioned marketing aspects are a plus, but not required. However, you must be willing and open to learn new things and able to have the initiative to go out and educate yourself to become an all-star at every task given.

In a perfect scenario, I would like you to spend 80% of your time working, and 20% of your time educating yourself on any aspect of the job that you feel needed. I will help you grow, just as much as you will help me. I am not looking for a machine, I would like to work with a human being that is willing to learn new things and grow as a person.

Payment: To be fair for everyone, I would like to do weekly payments at first and after the 1st month we can move on to a more traditional by-weekly payment schedule.

Salary will depend on the amount of hours you are available so we can negotiate that during our interview process. However, just so that you get an idea, I would like to stay in the 12,00php-25,000php range for a full-time employee. I would also give you a raise of 10% after the first month and then every 6 months we can do a review.

Please do not apply if you are not looking for a long-term job. I will invest a lot of time in you and I will compensate you well for doing a good job. I am here for the long haul and want the same from you.
