JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, I hope you are well.

I am one man who does way too much, which leaves me feeling like I end up doing not enough. I need help...

I have 1 C corp, 2 LLC's, 1 Partner, 1 Marketing Manager, 3 Non-Profits I am working with to fight against COVID19 in my community, and 3 kids and a wife to top it all off. I also happen to be a semi-decent cook, though I am a bit heavy-handed with garlic.



I am looking for an organized person who can help me manage multiple projects at once with fluctuating priorities and goals. I have a vision, and I see how to achieve my goals. I have trouble executing because I spread myself out across so many obligations and objectives. Presently I have at least 6 projects which I am running, coordinating, planning, or dropping the ball on.
These projects require different skills including (but not limited to) experience building sales funnels (preferably in Click Funnels), familiarity with FaceBook marketing ads in conjunction with the aforementioned sales funnels, experience with selling via Amazon and a willingness to learn more, and first-rate research skills with the ability to fill out a google doc or excel sheet.
Excellent English preferred, and ability/willingness to make phone calls during United States business hours is a plus.

Project 1: I have an end consumer product (anti-inflammatory pain relief oil) that needs a sales funnel and sales. I have a part-time marketing lead who will work with you on this project to set goals, budget, timelines, etc. I will work with you on copy to project the company voice, though copywriting familiarity and skills are a strong plus.

Experience needed:
Funnel Building, FB ads (posting and scheduling),

Experience Desired additionally:
Canva, Photoshop, Video Editing,

Project 2: I have an Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) business which has been impacted some by COVID19. The goals here are to find suppliers, see if they work with FBA sellers, then get their price list. Next, I have a program to sort the lists. Profitable products will be selected by me from the filtered company price lists you collect. These products will then need to be ordered and shipped via the supplier directly to an Amazon warehouse. I have training material for the precise steps in shipping products to Amazon, though familiarity with doing so makes this much easier. Lastly, you will pull reports as needed on sales progress for the products sent to Amazon as they sell. through. I will review and select which products to reorder.

Experience needed:
Shipping product to Amazon, researching suppliers, product sourcing, google docs input

FBA specifically,

Project 3: This one has been being built for years, but has not been fully funded yet. I need to assemble the data I have collected into a comprehensive pitch/project proposal in order to et investors on board. This is long term and will be the lowest priority for now. We likely will not do much at all with this project other than basic research and price list procurement in between meeting goals for the first two projects at present. Lastly, not all of the skills needed here must be yours, though the ability to assemble a pitch deck/sales presentation is extremely helpful. You may simply help with research and delegation to freelancers or other employees for certain specialized components of this project.


Finally, there will be other general VA tasks simply researching, organizing, and assembling various ---------- t too challenging per se, though there will be roughly an hour of this each day most likely. Much of this will be related to my nonprofit work fighting COVID19 right now.

This is a lot, this is not for everyone. If you are an amazing match for one of these projects and not the others, let us talk. If you are willing to learn how to take on more projects outside your experience, that is ideal. These projects can be split into more than one hire if needed (and will likely happen eventually as we grow and can afford to do so). The more of this you can handle, the better chance I hire you. I will pay you according to your ability to solve my problems. The more you can solve, the higher your wages will be. Simple. You will not be asked to exceed 40 hours per week. I am still scaling all of these, so this is mostly groundwork. When things expand I will hire more team members.
