HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGER / Project Coordinator - Social Media Company

We are a Singaporean company running a big Facebook marketing operation with more than 1000 accounts and campaigns.
We are looking for a kickass, hands-on Human Resource Manager to build a new team of Account Managers and to streamline our operation. Currently we do not have an existing HR process and we would need to hire 10 entry level Account Managers for social media sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES
---------------------------------------

- create and manage job posts
- schedule job interviews and handle interview process
- overseeing and active managing new hires
- manage HR records including resumés, salary / payment details
- monitor working time (Hubstaff app) and work quality (KPIs)
- respond to HR-related queries within the company
- assist with the distribution of training materials
- assist with weekly payroll

REQUIREMENTS
--------------------------------------

- prior experience in human resources (HR) needed
- high self-esteem, strongly able to communicate opinion
- strong English communication skills
- quick thinker, able to multitask and to learn new things
- proficiency in MS Office, with good knowledge of Excel / Google Docs
- self-reliance and a desire to work in a high energy, fast growing organization
- time tracking with Hubstaff

SALARY AND BENEFITS

- this is a full time, LONG TERM position. Please do not apply if you do not intend to stay at least 6 months. Our team of 15 people has been with us for over two years.
- 500 USD /mo start with increase as the team and responsibilities grow, paid weekly every Monday
