Assistant Recruiter

We are a small recruitment boutique in Asia and I need assistance in sourcing great talents globally. I need someone proficient in sourcing, LinkedIn and boolean search to name a few. Someone who has experience in sourcing hard-to-fill positions and niche markets would be an advantage. Organized and detail-oriented and good in probing to understand the requirement and the job description. Must ask questions and must make suggestions on how to improve the job description to get the right candidate.
