General virtual assistant

We are a US company. Looking for experienced general virtual assistant to answer customer service calls and assist with office Upgrade to see actual infoe of gmail, excl, google sheets etc required. Good written and spoken English required.Our hours are 9am to 5pm California US time - Monday to Friday. 20 hrs per week.
