Experienced Lead Generation Specialist

Your job will be to call and email prospects and generate leads and set appointments with Business Owners, Property Owners and Facility Managers for principal

1. Target Market Research
2. Developing Prospect Lists
3. Outbound "Cold-Calling" Telemarketing
4. Outbound Cold-Emailing Marketing
5. Qualify and Schedule Meetings with prospects
6. CRM management
7. Occasional Social Media Posting/marketing

Past experience successfully setting appointments B2B and/or generating mortgage leads or insurance leads is a plus
**Must speak good, clear English and be comfortable talking on the phone at least 3 hours per day.
