Hello! my name is Dillon. I currently own several properties in Richmond, and I am in Search of a FULL-TIME Real estate Lead and Acquisition manager. Please read to see if you'd be a good fit for the job.

I am Searching for a Full-time manager That has had experience with Wholesaling Realestate, or has worked for a Real estate company.
Some of the Tasks Will be
-Finding property owners
-Cold Calling Property Owners
-Skiptracing
-getting certain Lists of property owner ( for example High equity Property Owners)
-Determining if they're Motivated Sellers
-Setting property appointments
-Setting virtual property appointments
-organizing appointments
-Pulling Delinquent property tax listings
-Pulling delinquent mortgage listings
-Setting up text/email blasts to property owners
-Negotiating with Sellers
-Running comps
-Determining the ARV
-Reading and understanding assignment contracts
-know what it means to assign a property to someone else
-Calling and talking to buyers
-Selling the properties once we get them under contract
- Dealing with closing agencies and Attorneys
-Using Podio and various different types of Software's
-using different calling systems
-Social media Marketing

I am looking for someone who will be able to do all the tasks above and many more!
- I need someone who pays attention to detail.

- Must have a stable internet connection with a fast Computer/Laptop.
- You must Have previous Wholesaling Experience.
- Applicant should be able to use CRM, possess good follow up, and customer handling skills.

-You must be willing to work Fulltime (40 hours a week)
-Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time. The times could possibly eventually change.
-Pay will start at $4.00/HR and there will be bonuses as well.
-again you Must speak English Fluent and very clear as you will be talking to a bunch of different sellers and buyer.
