JOB OVERVIEW

***You are required to have Freshdesk, Shopify, Aliexpress, CSV, Google Drive and Docs experience***

You will need to be available for graveyard shift - Around 7PM to 5AM UK TIME (Specific times to be disclosed later)

As a customer service agent, you will work under the customer service coordinators guidance. The customer service agent plays a vital role in all aspects of the business including helping customers with complaints and questions, giving customers information about products and processing ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Anser customer service emails
- Locate and track packages
- Make changes to orders - per the customers request
- Other assigned customer service duties

Requirements:
- Fluent or native in the English Language
- Proven working experience as a customer service agent
- Results driven, sense of urgency and able to be productive under timeframes
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills
- Experience using: Google Sheets/Docs, FreshDesk, Shopify, Aliexpress, CSV formats
