We are looking for Experienced Appointment Setters to help our startup VoIP+Software company grow and ensure that our clients get the best possible first touch customer experience!
General Duties:
- Adopt a problem solving approach to the resolution of challenges and have open communication with team members when issues occur
- Work daily to incorporate Core Values into everyday work habits
- Answer all calls in a timely manner and return voi
- Liaise with internal departments to move clients forward
- Communicate in a positive and friendly manner
- Complete all assigned work by agreed upon delivery date
- Adopt the 80/20 approach to clients (focus on your hot prospects and do not take them off your radar until you have
- Use all technical tools easily and understand the tools’ roles in the formula (including Teletracker, Grasshopper, SmartSheet, InfusionSoft, Google Drive, Yammer)
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Can work from at least 9:30am-10:30am & 3pm-9pm EST, M-F (New York Time)
- Background in Sales and Customer service is an advantage!
