JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a star technical support analyst that has a VERY good understanding of Bluetooth technology, knows how to troubleshoot problems, and has a positive customer service attitude.

Required Skills:
* Troubleshooting technical issues
* Strong understanding of Bluetooth technologies and the ability to troubleshoot issues via email.
* Excellent written English
* Friendly personality

With your applications, please answer the following questions:

1. A customer states that their Bluetooth headphones work fine with the phone, but when connected to their PC no sound comes out. How do you answer this question?

2. Customer emails asking for a refund. What steps do you follow to reduce the chance of issuing a refund?
