$$$ Looking for someone highly skilled in YouTube channel creation.

I'd like to build out a channel similar to this one ---------- You must be a highly skilled social media expert that can create a YouTube channel. The company is real estate sales based but the content will be my voice giving short 3 -10 minutes motivational speeches behind royalty free music and video footage.
