2. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for 5 Customer Supporters who:
- Hold an Associate/ Bachelor degree in any major
- English ability: C1 level or above, Perfect written and spoken English
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Admin Assistant, Virtual Assistant
- Prefer candidates experiencing Shopify, Print On Demand, Dropshipping.
- Be familiar and comfortable working on Zendesk/Freshdesk/Trello/Asana...
- Bright personality and willing to work on night shift.
- Be able to connect with a high speed internet and working computer to use for your work.

3. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

- You will be working on these 3 main channels: Facebook, Email and Phone Call.
- Talks to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming chats/texts on Facebook, Email.
- Administrate Facebook fan pages: Create content & Address customer’s concerns.
- Manage Website: Create content & Upload products.

4. WHAT IS YOUR WORKING SCHEDULE?

- Work 40 hours per week for full time staff:
+ Monday - Friday
+ 12 AM - 8AM Philippines time ( 9 AM - 5 PM Los Angeles PDT)
+ 30 mins - 1 hour break
- Work at least 20 hour per week for part time staff:
+ Monday - Saturday
+ Flexible schedule: 1 AM - 5AM OR 5AM - 9AM Philippines time
