**AMAZING Shopify Customer Service Representative VA Needed**

Hello,

My name is Nikhil and I run a dropshipping company. We're looking for an expert Customer Service Representative with experience working in E-Commerce with more of a focus in dropshipping. We're currently recuiting 2-3 members to the team.

Requirements:
- Experience doing customer service for dropshipping/e-commerce stores.
- Understand how Shopify works
- BONUS: Experience using ZenDesk

Roles/Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to customer requests in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Note down any changes with customer's orders
- Respond to all customer inquiries immediately
- Communicate via Skype daily with the team

Skills and Qualifications include:

- Pay attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Able to work without much management
- Great time management skills
